Returns and Exchanges:
1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong item.
2. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds:
1. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received), we will provide a full refund or exchange.
2. A refund request will be denied once the order has been shipped, If you want to cancel an order please contact us within an hour of purchasing.
3. Refunds will not be considered unless USPS provides clear evidence of a failed delivery. A refund or redelivery request will also be denied under the following circumstances:
- An incorrect address was provided at the time of purchase.
- Tracking indicates the package was delivered, but it is claimed not to have been received.
- You break or damage your item.
4. A refund or redelivery request may be considered under these conditions:
- Proof of Non-Delivery: If USPS confirms that the package was not delivered due to an error on their part, a refund or redelivery will be issued accordingly.
- Timely Communication: Any issues with the order must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date to be eligible for review.
- Proper Documentation: Customers must provide relevant documentation or evidence supporting their claim, such as tracking information, or communication with USPS.
5. All orders with a warning of fraud will be cancelled immediately.
